Welcome to my personalised hair studio, where care for each strand of hair and celebrating individuality is at the heart of what I do. Here are my salon policies, created to ensure a seamless, enjoyable, and respectful experience for us both.

How to Contact Me

Direct Message on Instagram: Ideal for both new and regular clients.

Mobile Phone: Reserved for my existing clients for direct communication.

Contact is advised during normal business work hours mon-fri 9-5.

Closed for contact over the weekends, however i will be in touch the next business day.

As my salon hours are strictly Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. There may be a delay for replies outside of these hours.

Booking Policies

For any inquiries about your appointments, here's how you can reach out:

For Rescheduling or Cancellation: Please manage your bookings here

For My Regular Clients: I invite you to book your next appointment online here, with my schedule open up to 8 weeks in advance. This ensures that those who rebook with me in the studio have priority for their next visits.

For New Clients: I'm currently focusing on my existing clientele but warmly welcome new faces to join my waitlist. Please sign up through the form new client waitlist form via the link in my bio on social media.

Booking Deposit: A $50 deposit is required to confirm your booking, which I'll apply to your service charges on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 72 hours' notice. This way, you can retain your deposit for future services. Unfortunately, late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.

If you rebooked and had to cancel last minute: In this situation usually you have not paid a deposit, However you’ll need to pay a new deposit to secure a future booking if the cancellation is within 72 hour’s notice.

If I have to cancel due to family, sick reasons or other circumstances: As a solo stylist with two young children, family circumstances can occur. I usually will only cancel if i have another space to offer within a two week time frame. I usually will offer a Saturday or open an extra day when i can arrange to fit you back in.

Please note i don’t offer this type of flexibility if you have to cancel due to sick or unforeseen circumstances. Because i have reserved that space for you. I try to accomodate but know that you may need to wait a few weeks.

During The Appointment: During our 3-4 hour sessions, you're invited to enjoy your time exactly as you please, whether it's diving into a book, catching up on work, or indulging in your favourite shows. This is your personal time, feel free to relax and enjoy your leisure activities while I focus on crafting your personalised hair colour. Consider it a perfect blend of relaxation and transformation.

Photography Consent: I love to share our hair transformation stories on social media. If you'd prefer not to be photographed or filmed, just let me know before your appointment.

Service Satisfaction: Before you leave, I'll ensure you're delighted with the results. Your happiness with my service is my top priority.

Aftercare: You'll receive personalised aftercare advice to maintain the health and beauty of your hair. Following these guidelines is crucial for keeping your style looking great.

Feedback: Your feedback means the world to me. If you have any concerns or suggestions, please don't hesitate to share. I'm here to listen and adjust as needed to ensure your satisfaction.
